Brown Residence

The Brown project was a new single family residence construction on an undeveloped steep slope lot in East Asheville.

The main objective was to design and build a custom forever home using universal design and aging in place principles.

This objective included a zero step entry with a two car garage on the main floor level. En suite primary bedroom on the main floor. A caretaker apartment on the basement level. Also included was a covered and screened in deck on the back of the house with stone fireplace overlooking the forest canopy.
