Salt Face Mule Brewing Co.

The Salt Face Mule project was the renovation of a six thousand square foot commercial building and mechanical room addition in North Asheville.

The main objective was to convert the space into a restaurant and brewery by adding commercial kitchen, commercial brewery, dining room, full bar and service counter. Six large windows and doors were cut in the exterior walls to improve the daylighting and natural ventilation to the dining room and brewery.

A double height timber frame entry, and a fourteen hundred square foot timber framed covered patio on the rear of the building was also added for an outdoor dining area.
